RETURN POLICY

We offer a very simple 48 hours return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item for a credit coupon, within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

At Pookie Kids, we strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, in case of any damaged product received, we have the following return policy:

- If you receive a damaged product, we will arrange for an exchange.
- If the box of the product is damaged during transportation, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange or return.
- If a damaged product is returned and we do not have a replacement in stock, we will issue a credit coupon of the same value (excluding shipping costs), valid for one month and can be used for a future purchase on Pookiekids.com

We take great care in packaging our products with bubble wrap, and proper boxing. However, due to unforeseen circumstances during transportation, if the box of the product gets damaged, please note that it is not covered under our exchange/return policy. 

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery, as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Cost of sending the shipment to us would be borne by you or if you want, we can get the product picked up from your place (subject to availability from logistics partner) and can deduct the charges (Rs 200) and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.

Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 48 hours of delivery.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

This Policy will change as per the Promotion policy during any promotion.

All the electronics accessories are non-returnable and are replaceable within 7 days of delivery for any manufacturing defect.​

Please note that this process might take 7 to 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at hello@pookiekids.com along with your order id.

We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.

No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders and any amount paid (Prepaid or Partial-COD ) in case of order RTO will be forfeited towards packing & shipping expense.

For some reason if you wish to cancel your Pre-Paid / Partial-COD order, write us at hello@pookiekids.com. Please note that a payment gateway charge of 5% will be deducted from your total refund amount and for Partial-COD orders, 10% will be deducted from your total refund amount. The refunded amount will be processed within 24 hours and will reflect in bank account within 3-4 working days (except Holidays)

 SUBMIT ORDER RETURN REQUEST

An unboxing video will be mandatory when you receive the package. This video will be essential in case you need to raise any disputes related to loss, damage, or mismatch of the product.

IMP : We will reply (email) within 24 hours to your request (except Sunday & public holidays), You are requested to reply to that Email within 48 hrs to avoid cancellation of your Return Request. Failing to do so, your Return Request will automatically be cancelled

We reserve the right not to proceed with the refund of products that

(i) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

(ii) Product not preserved in its original condition, tags, and packaging.
